These onesies runs great, unlike many other onesies there. The fabric is a little thin, but very comfortable for your baby. I got 18 months for my size 13 1 / 2 month old daughter who is 30.5''tall. Sleeve length is perfect. The body length is too long, but she is still comfortable to wear with pants. The neck fits very well, not too loose or too tight. Patterns are really cute too.
